With a busy event schedule including weekly sponsorships, speaking engagements and privately hosted events, WSGR's 4-person marketing events team was seeking a central place to track their event details. Last week I was at a hotel doing a site inspection -- considering the location for one of our upcoming events. I wanted to look up a contract that we'd used at another event to compare terms. Normally this would be a hassle. Instead, I just pulled up HelloSponsor on my phone and found the event with the contract I was looking for.
