The Site is operated by HelloSponsor, LLC (referred to herein as "HelloSponsor" or the "Company"). This page sets forth the Privacy Policy (the "Policy") for the website at www.hellosponsor.com, all other sites owned and operated by HelloSponsor that redirect to www.hellosponsor.com, and all subdomains (collectively, the “Site”), and the service owned and operated by the Company (together with the Site, the “Service”). Capitalized terms that appear in this Policy and are not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use (located at www.hellosponsor.com/terms, “TOU”). This Policy forms a part of the TOU.

By visiting this Site or using the Service, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Policy. Each time you visit or use the Service, you agree and expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the information that you provide as described in this Policy.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy by posting the updated version on the Site. Collection of Information

We may collect and process the information about you described below:

  1. Information You Choose to Provide to Us:
    • information (such as your name, email and postal address, telephone number, sex, and country of residence) that you voluntarily provide to us by completing forms on the Site, such as registering for an Account with the Service, uploading or submitting any material through the Service, subscribing to an email newsletter we may offer, responding to a survey, participating in a contest or promotion, or requesting any information from us;

  2. Information We Collect Through Your Use of the Service

    As you use the Site and Service, certain non-personally identifiable information (i.e. generic information that does not identify you personally) may also be passively collected. This information allows us to deliver more helpful information, programs, tools and advertisements.

    We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect non-personally identifiable information about use of the Service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Service, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Service. We use the information we get from Google Analytics solely for the purpose of improving the Service.

    Through your browser settings, you may disable cookies. However, if you choose to disable your cookies setting or refuse to accept a cookie, some parts of the Service may not function properly.

If you are using the Service from outside of the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States, all information you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our web servers and internal systems located within the United States. By using the Website, you authorize the export of personal information to the USA and its storage and use as specified above when you provide such information to us.

Modification and Storage of Your Personal Information

To modify or delete the personal information you have provided to us, please log in and update your profile. We may retain certain information as required by law or for necessary business purposes.

The security of your Information is important to us, including but not limited to the personal information collected via the Service.
